If Mozart and coloratura singing, then the highlight is, of course, the Queen of the Night! We will work on both arias in detail but I will also reveal why I set aside the Queen’s crown and I don’t sing the role onstage, saying no to the most tempting offers. I would like to open the three-part mini-series with the aria “O zittre nicht”, where there is a whole lot of various difficulties and each requires different technical approach or trick – and of course the aim is to put everything together and make the spectator only experience perfect phrasing and even sound projection.
